MAKEUPS and Cancellations

✔ 1 Makeup Per Semester
Each family is offered 1 makeup class per semester.
Additional makeups are based on availability only.

• If your child will miss a class, please notify us.
  This allows us to open your spot for another family. 
• To find a makeup class, use our SignUpGenius scheduler and select any open spot. 
• Makeups are space-available only — we cannot exceed class capacity. 

• Missed class?
  Check SignUpGenius for available makeup times. 
• Missed your scheduled makeup?
  The makeup is forfeited. 
• Rolling over:
  You may roll over 1 unused makeup to the next semester
  (must be registered for the new semester — cannot be applied to tuition). 
• Sibling Option:
  You may bring a sibling instead of scheduling a makeup,
  but written permission and confirmation is required in advance. 

Please always notify us if you will be absent.
This helps us keep class sizes safe and allows other families the opportunity to schedule a makeup.
