MAKEUPS and Cancellations
MAKEUP INFORMATION
- EVERY SEMESTER WE OFFER 1 MAKEUP CLASS.
- AFTER THAT MAKEUPS ARE STRICTLY BASED ON AVAILABILITY.
- In order for us to maintain the appropriate class and program sizes, we ask that you contact us if you are going to miss a class. We will update our makeup scheduler so that a makeup can use your spot. Likewise, if you are in need of a makeup you can go to our scheduler and see if a spot is open.
- We can only schedule a makeup class if there is room as we can not go over the allowable number. If you cannot attend your class, kindly let us know so we may open your spot for a makeup.
- 1 Makeup may roll over into the next semester but it can not be used towards tuition therefore you must be registered in the next semester.
- If you schedule a makeup and miss the class you forfeit the makeup.
- If your child misses a class, please go to our sign-up genius and look for a makeup time.
- You may bring a sibling instead of a makeup, but you must request permission in writing and receive confirmation from us before the class.
